WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
Upon arrival at one of our clinics, you will need to complete a Client Information Form for your first visit. Our friendly reception staff will help you do this if you have any questions.
If you have a letter or a referral from a consultant or other health professional, please provide this to our reception staff prior to your appointment if possible.
You will be seen by one of our pelvic health Physiotherapists in modern, private clinic facilities and you will be treated with care, compassion and confidentiality. For more detail on what an initial consultation involves, read our blog post.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
A referral is not required to see one of our pelvic health Physiotherapists.
If you have had surgery or received a recommendation to see a pelvic health Physiotherapist, a letter from your consultant is very useful and should be provided to our admin team prior to your appointment.
If you have a chronic condition, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for your appointment with an appropriate referral from your GP, however, the full fee is still payable on the day.
WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We have Hicaps machines in Bordertown and Naracoorte which accept all private health insurance claims, meaning you only pay the gap on the day.
If you have a consultation in Kingston you may be able to use Medipass to make your Hicaps claim on your mobile phone, or you can pay your account in full on the day and claim your insurance afterwards using a receipt which can be provided to you on the day.
If you have a consultation in Millicent, you will be sent an account for the full amount of your consultation. Once the account is paid (which can be done over the phone or via online banking), a receipt will be forwarded to you enabling you to make your claim direct with your insurer.
We encourage you to provide us with your email address to allow your receipt to get to you as soon as possible.

Pelvic Health initial consultation 1 hour ~ $140
Pessary initial consultation 1 hour ~ $185
Pelvic Health subsequent consultation 30 mins (Senior Physio) ~ $130
Pelvic Health subsequent consultation 30 mins ~ $110
Pelvic Health long subsequent consultation 45 mins (Senior Physio) ~ $140
Pelvic Health long subsequent consultation 45 mins ~ $120
Pre-natal MSK (aches and pains) consultation 45 mins ~ $140/$115
Post-natal 6 week check (45 mins) ~ $140
(If you have symptoms of incontinence or prolapse, please book in for 60 minute consult)
Pensioner discount of 10% applies to each of the above consultations upon presentation of pension card.
