Classes are a great way to access regular Physiotherapy treatment.


Functional Rehabilitation classes are small group, individualised classes that are tailored to ensure you get targeted treatment just right to help you manage your specific condition or concern.  A one on one session is required before starting to enable the Physiotherapist to develop your individual program.


Pilates is a style of body-conditioning that has fused with principles of physiotherapy into our modern day Clinical Pilates.

Clinical Pilates classes focus on trunk stabilisation techniques, movement control and coordination, core strengthening, restoration of normal movement patterns and injury prevention.

Pilates can be done with specialised equipment or through basic floor exercises.  The exercises can range from very simple to very advanced depending upon individual needs.
